Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped from Hayward, California. Available services, final shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
United States shipping
- Eligible U.S. orders of $59 or more automatically receive up to $15 off shipping at checkout.
- For orders below $59, standard shipping is generally no more than $15.
- Heavy, oversized or remote-area shipments may have an additional charge, which will be shown before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery to the contiguous United States is 3–5 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO boxes and remote locations may require additional time or different services.
International shipping
International shipping is available only where a delivery option appears at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs charges unless checkout explicitly states that they are included.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is emailed after the order ships. Carriers may require up to 48 hours to display the first scan.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays, missing packages and delivery issues
Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can affect delivery. If tracking stops updating or a package appears missing, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment. For packages marked delivered, first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors and the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Inspect the package when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact UMPARTS808@GMAIL.COM promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
