Return Policy

We offer returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and proof of purchase.

Sale-priced items are eligible for return unless the product page clearly identifies the item as “Final Sale.” Gift cards and items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Before sending anything back, contact us at UMPARTS808@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when the reason is a change of mind, an accidental order, or a fitment mismatch. If we shipped the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping after verifying the issue.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs charges, duties, and taxes unless the return is caused by our error. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in effect.
