Honda Rancher 350 Carburetor Diagram, Hose Routing and Fitment Guide

This guide covers the carburetor identification and connection checks used when servicing select Honda Rancher 350 TRX350 ATVs. The complete 1PZ replacement carburetor is listed for applicable 2000–2006 models, while the matching 22-piece rebuild kit is listed only for 2004–2006 models.

Safety: Work with the engine cool in a ventilated area. Close the fuel valve, disconnect the battery negative terminal and spark-plug lead as directed by the service manual, and keep fuel away from sparks and hot surfaces.

Before-removal checklist

  1. Photograph both sides, the top and all hose routes.
  2. Label the fuel, vent and drain hoses individually.
  3. Record throttle-cable adjuster position and free play.
  4. Photograph choke/enricher and electrical connections.
  5. Inspect intake and airbox boots for cracks that can imitate carburetor symptoms.
